How do I extend a customer's pricing option?

This method helps in reconciling for unpaid service.

  1. Look up Client
  2. Go to client's Account Details
  3. Find the pricing option to be extended and click on the 'Edit' link to the right of it
  4. Adjust the duration to extend the pricing option's expiration date to the desired date; click on any white space to set. (You can also edit the activation date. The only time you can't change pricing options activation from the edit page is when it activated on the first visit.)
  5. Click save.
  6. Go back to the Account Details page and click on the Re-calculate button or click Show Visits for that pricing option for the unpaids and attempt to manually assign them to pricing options
