ANSWER

Below are some common issues that cause classes to not show up on the schedule.

Service Category Type was changed

Example: A class service category was changed to an enrollment service category.

Here is how to check this and change it back:

  1. Go to Home>Manager Tools> Settings> Service Categories.
  2. Change the Service Category Type to the correct type. Often this gets switched to a different Service Category Type and it takes the associated services with it.)
  3. Click Save.

Missing Tab Assignment

Often when creating a new Service Category, the tab assignment part is missed or skipped. Here are two ways to check tab assignments:

  • Highlight
  1. Go to Home> Manager Tools> Settings> Tab Management.
  2. Check that the Service Category highlighted is selected for the correct tab.
  3. Click Update.
  • Service & Pricing
  1. Go to Home> Services & Pricing>Classes.
  2. Click the Gear Icon to the right of the Service Category name.
  3. Select Tab Assignments.
  4. From the drop down, select all correct tabs.
  5. Click Save.

Dates of Class

Sometimes the class may have just expired and needs to be extended.

  1. Click on Classes and select the title of the class you are trying to change. This will take you to the Edit Scheduled Class/Event page
  2. If there is a room assigned, you will need to click on 'Clear all Rooms' in the Regularly assigned room section.
  3. Now you can extend the end date of the class.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Now you can reassign the room in the Regularly assigned room section and click Save.

Enable 'Show to the Public' Option

The Show to the Public option allows to toggle whether or not clients can view that particular class schedule in consumer mode. If your class is not showing up in Consumer Mode, this checkbox may have been disabled, so it's a good thing to check on when troubleshooting classes not showing up on the schedule.

To find this feature:

  1. Go to your Classes Tab>Edit Gear for the class not showing on the schedule>Edit class setup
  2. If the box in the upper right hand corner next to the phrase "Show to the Public" is unchecked, click on it to check the box.
  3. Click Save.

Holiday Description

If no description is added to the Holiday, the schedule will appear entirely blank.

Be sure to either remove the holiday or add a description to remind your staff that there is a holiday, which is why nothing can be scheduled.

  1. Go to Home>Manager Tools> Settings> Schedule a Closed Business Day
  2. If you have one scheduled with out a description, click Remove.
  3. Now re-add it, this time including a description

Check search filters on the schedule

When you click on your class schedule, there are filters on the far right that could be preventing you from seeing what you want.

  1. After logging in, click on the Classes tab\
  2. Look on the far right and you will see some filters
  3. Make sure the all say "All..."
