After logging in as the Owner, the sign in link does not appear for all locations of the datashare if "Multiple Cash Drawers" is enabled in General Setup & Options.
It would only show the sign in link for the location they chose when logging in to the site.
To get there:
- Go to Home > Manager Tools > Settings > General Setup & Options
- Click on Retail Settings to open
- Scroll down to "Cash Drawers (Multiple). Here you can uncheck to disable or check to enable. To set up multiple cash drawers, click here for article.
**NOTE: When a client has multiple locations but only one cash drawer, the cash drawer is automatically selected when you log in. In these cases, you won't be prompted to select a cash drawer (and thereby a location), but the Sign In sheet still won't appear for the location that does not have a cash drawer assigned to it. You will want to add additional cash drawers or disable Multiple Cash Drawers in the General Setup and Options.
