Why am I getting a message that says "Problem with Class/Event" when I click on the sign in link for this class in business mode?

It has to do with the possible changes you may have made to the class. You need to clear the Room(s,) then add them back in. Please follow instructions below:

  1. From the Classes tab, click on the name of the class.
  2. Scroll down to Regularly assigned room. Click "Clear all rooms." Screen will flash and then take you right back.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Now add the room back again; select a room from drop down and click "Assign a room."
  5. Click Save.
