What automated emails are available, and how do I turn them on?

The software has a large selection of automated emails; click here to read about each of them. Clients in many regions can opt to receive these messages as emails, as text messages, or both.

To turn on a specific auto email

  1. Hit the Home tab and select Manager Tools from the submenu. Then select Auto Emails, under Communications and Marketing. 
  2. Select the auto email that you want to turn on from the menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Check the "Enable" box for that email.
  4. Enter your business' name in the "Business reply to" field, and your business' email address in the "Business reply to email" field.
  5. Edit the subject line or body text if you wish.
  6. Click Save
