If you track lockers on the Client Home screen, then the Locker report will help you manage your clients' locker assignments. This report lists each locker number, in alphanumeric order, with the client name and date it was assigned.
Report's location: Hit the Reports tab and choose Clients from the tabs on the left. To narrow the list, select Client Accounts from the filters, and then click Locker to open the report. You can always use the search bar at the top right to search for Locker by name, and if it’s a report you use often, then consider making it one of your favorites.
- Tagged Clients Only: Check this box to include only tagged clients in the report's results. Click here to read about tagging.
To view and run this report, the following permission must be enabled for you or your staff's login group:
- View Client Profile
To grant or restrict access to this report, visit: Toolbox => Setup => Staff => Staff Permissions
If your site looks like the picture below, then just hit the Home tab and select Staff from the submenu. Choose Tools at the top right and click on Staff Permissions.
- Select permission group from the dropdown menu.
- Click on Client Permissions.
- Check or uncheck the View Client Profile permission.
- Click Update.

Note: Locker numbers are stored in a field on your client's Membership Summary on his or her Home screen. In order to view this summary and store locker information, you must enable the "Show Membership Summary in Client Home" Option under the Client Management section on the General Setup & Options screen.
