Wondering who your best sales person is? The Retail Sales Performance report shows you just how well your staff upsells products during appointments. The report shows the total number of clients who purchased products from each staff member, how many products each staff member sold per client, the total amount of product sales per staff member, the total service sales per staff member, each staff member's average service ticket size, and their average product ticket sizes. This report works for MINDBODY sites tracking staff sales using our sales rep or commissions features (you can choose using a radio button on the report).

Industry tips:

  • Use the "Products Sold per Client" metric to analyze how many products each staff member upsells to his or her clients.
  • Incorporate this report into a reward system: incentivize your staff to improve their sales by setting goals.
  • Use this report in conjunction with our Appointment Travel Sheets feature. For salons, stylists can use the travel sheet to outline each product used during service, then hand it off to the receptionist to upsell during checkout.

Report’s location: Go to the Reports tab and choose Staff from the tabs on the left. It's the closest thing we have to starting with a new list of tagged clients. Click here to learn about tagging clients.
  • Untage clients: This will remove any clients generated by the report from the tagged list. Click here to learn about tagging clients.
