This report is handy when you need to print off a teacher or assistant's schedule. It shows the classes that each teacher is scheduled for in the near future. Or, if your teachers' schedules usually look the same from week to week, this report can show just the time that they need to come in Sunday through Saturday.

Report's filters

  • Start Date: You are choosing how much of a teacher's schedule you want to show by generating the report for a range of days. This is the start date for the range of days.
  • End Date: You are choosing how much of a teacher's schedule you want to show by generating the report for a range of days. This is the end date for the range of days.
  • Regular Schedule: If you check this box, the schedule won't list every single day that the teacher is scheduled. Instead, it just generates start and end times for days of the week. It gives a teacher all that they need to know about when they should show up and go home every day for work.
  • Printer Friendly: This will make the report show up without the filters at the top, so that it looks nice when you print it. Once you generate the report with this box checked, then just click on the printer icon at the top of the screen to print.
  • One Per Page?: If you plan on printing a separate schedule for every one of your instructors, check this box. There is more information about printing schedules at the bottom of the page.
  • Teachers: You can view a single teacher's schedule or all teachers' schedules at once.
  • All Service categories: You can have this report show the schedule for specific service categories.
  • Generate: Clicking this button makes the report appear on the page. Click it once you get all of the filters set the way you want them.
