Sales Reports

Name

Location

Description

Sales Reports > Sales > Sales

Generate a list of every sale that comes through your business, or track sales by employee, service category, and location. You can generate sales information for nearly every one of your products and services. This report can be generated on either accrual basis or cash basis.

Daily Closeout Reports > Sales > Daily Closeout

This report helps find discrepancies between the amount of money your system says you should have collected for the day and the amount of money that is actually in your cash registers. In a nutshell, the system tells you how much you recorded in cash sales in the Retail Point of Sale screen. You can run this report for a specific day or a range of days.

Cash Drawer Reports > Sales > Cash Drawer

Balance your cash drawer at the end of a shift or the end of the day. The report breaks down your earnings by payment method, so you can double check your balance of cash, checks, and credit card sales receipts (only cash equivalent sales are listed). If you use more than one cash drawer, don't worry; you can run this report for multiple cash drawers. Click here to learn more about multiple cash drawers. This report works well with the Daily Closeout report.

Attendance with Revenue Reports > Sales > Attendance with Revenue

This report tells you how much gross revenue you're earning per client visit. The report works really well with the limited-visit pricing options that you've sold. For example, if a 5-visit card costs $45, the report will show you that each visit on the card generates $9 ($45 / 5 = $9). It will also show you how many visits remain on each pricing option.

Sales by Service Reports > Sales > Sales by Service

This report displays sales information by each service rendered. You can choose summary or detail view, depending on how much information you want to see. This report can be generated in either Accrual basis or cash basis. By default, it's generated using accrual basis as the accounting method.

Sales by Category Reports > Sales > Sales by Category

See how much revenue is being generated for each Product Category (e.g., "clothing") and service category (e.g., “Classes"), and determine which Revenue Categories are generating the most money for your business. This report can be generated on either accrual basis or cash basis. If you choose to run the report on cash basis, you’ll notice a Deposits section that displays both the original and the remaining balances of payments to account and assignable gift cards. Note: Prepaid gift card purchases appear in their own section.

Sales by Product Reports > Sales > Sales by Product

This report will display sales information by each product sold, with cash and non-cash equivalent results. You can choose to see results only from specific locations and specific cash drawers. You can also filter based on the sale date, suppliers, or individual products and variants for more specific results.

Sales by Rep Reports > Sales > Sales by Rep

If you use the Sales Team Management feature and assign sales reps in the Retail Point of Sale screen, this report can help you compare the performance of your sales reps. Combined autopay sales will be displayed as a single sale, with each transaction separated into its own line item. Note: This report will display only if you've set up sales reps in your MINDBODY site. Click here to learn more about Sales Team Management features. The main Sales report also provides great information about individual sales reps.

Gift Cards Reports > Sales > Gift Cards

View all assigned, unassigned, and prepaid gift cards sold:

  • Unassigned Gift Cards: The gift card value is associated with an actual card ID; however, it needs to be assigned to a client's account before it can be redeemed. The value will become an account credit to be used toward a future purchase.

  • Assignable Gift Card: The gift card value is associated with the client's account, not the card ID. The value is an account credit to be used toward a future purchase.

  • Prepaid Gift Cards: The gift card value is associated with the card's ID, not the client's account. If the card is lost, the money is lost.

Sales by Supplier Reports > Sales > Sales by Supplier

View detailed sales information for your products, displayed by supplier. You can see the product name, barcode, size, color, unit price, number of units sold, retail value total, and more. Note: A subtotal of the last five items for each supplier, and a grand total of all suppliers is provided in the results.

Manage Online Orders

Reports > Sales > Manage Online Orders

This report functions as a tool for managing products sold in your online store. To efficiently manage products, items can be marked or filtered by the following status: Pending (ordered, but not yet sent), Shipped (on the way to the client), or Back Ordered. In the search filter at the top of the report, you may narrow the report's results to display products with one specific item status.

Earned Revenue Reports > Sales > Earned Revenue

This report displays earned revenue based on the portion of total pricing options sold that clients have used so far. It shows the revenue earned during the date range you enter. This report provides a simple way for you to analyze deferred revenue for both limited visits and unlimited visits, and functions much like the Outstanding Pricing Options report, except that it's not limited to limited visits.

Outstanding Series/Unused Sessions Reports > Sales > Outstanding Series (Unused Sessions)

The unused sessions (outstanding series) report lists all pre-sold pricing options, packages, and memberships, and the unearned revenue for each one. The results are divided into two sections: Count Pricing Option and Time Pricing Option. This is because unearned revenue is calculated differently for each type: 1) Outstanding liability for time pricing options is based on how many days remain before expiration, and 2) Unearned revenue for count pricing options is based only on the number of visits that remain. Note: The Visits Remaining report counts visits for limited and unlimited pricing options, whereas this report gives you the visits remaining for limited pricing options only.

Promotions Reports > Sales > Promotions

If you use the Promotions feature, you can use this report to track the success of your promotional campaigns. You have the ability to restrict results by location, by promotion, or for a list of tagged clients. Use summary view to conduct analysis across many promotions, or detail view to gather specific sales information.

Revenue by Class Reports > Sales > Revenue by Class

This report provides the average revenue per visit through all pricing options that meet the following two requirements: 1) The pricing option has been sold in the past twelve months, and 2) The pricing option has expired or has been entirely used. To begin using this report, you must first close out a data set using the Average Revenue Analysis report (see below).

Average Revenue Analysis Reports > Sales > Average Revenue Analysis

The report breaks down how many visits were associated with each pricing option and how much revenue was generated by each visit. Once you have run the Average Revenue Analysis report, you can run the Revenue by Class report to analyze the data further (see above). Note: Once you generate or export to Excel, you cannot run this report for the same data again. You can see the last time that you closed out data by checking the Last Run Date in the upper left corner of the screen.

Returns Reports > Sales > Returns

The Returns report generates a list of returned sales. It can help you see which items are most often returned and understand the reasons clients give for returning them.

Contract Sales Reports > Sales > Contract Sales

This report currently generates high-level information about contract payment type, the type of contract that was sold (e.g., non-recurring payments, recurring payments, or deposits), and contract sales by service category.

Prospects Reports > Sales > Prospects

If you use our Sales Team Management feature, this report will display and filter prospects in different stages (e.g., Not Interested, Mildly Interested, or Very Interested). Results include contact logs with follow-ups due in red, and how many days it has been since a new contact log has been created to make sure that your sales team is keeping up with contacting the prospects.

Best Sellers Reports > Sales > Best Sellers

Generates a list of your business's top-selling products and services, and calculates the profit margins associated with these sales. This report can be generated in either accrual basis or cash basis.

Sales Tax Reports > Sales > Sales Tax

Use this report to find out how much money your business has collected in taxes. In summary view the report displays tax collected in a separate column for every tax rate used in your MINDBODY system. In detail view, the information is displayed by each individual sale.

Sales Forecast Reports > Sales > Sales Forecast

If you are using CRM features (i.e. customer relationship management features like Sales Team Management and Prospect Management), the report will show every client marked as a prospect. A prospect, by our definition, is someone who hasn't yet paid for services, but who you hope will become a paying client soon. It also gathers information your sales team has entered into the contact logs, like the expected close date and the forecasted revenue to be generated by this client. This information can help you guesstimate your future sales.

Voided Sales Reports > Sales > Voided Sales

Generates a list of sales voided within the date range you choose. In detail view, this report will tell you which staff members processed the sale and authorized its void.

Gift Card Analysis Reports > Sales > Gift Card Analysis

This report is designed to help you measure how successful you are at turning gift card recipients into repeat customers. You can also analyze gift card redemption and discover how much credit remains on gift cards sold at each location. If you accept Spafinder Wellness 365 Cards, it can provide metrics on the volume of sales generated through the Spafinder program, and give you an idea of how much money Spafinder owes your business.

Rewards Reports > Sales > Rewards

This report gives you information about who has redeemed and earned points using your Client Rewards feature, along with how many points are left outstanding. The Rewards report can display results by date, client, or how the points were earned (e.g., class booking, referral).

Payment Processing Reports

Name

Location

Description

Approved Transactions Reports > Payment Processing  > Approved Transactions

This report displays all credit transactions that have been approved by the card-issuing bank but have not yet been batched.

Note: Merchant account is required to view this report.

Autopay Detail Reports > Payment Processing  > AutoPay Detail

The report displays a list of the current day's scheduled autopays. This report provides the date, client name, phone, location, item, credit card information, charge amount, and status (e.g. successful, declined, etc.) associated with each transaction.

Note: The report does not consider returns/refunds or queued autopays for month-to-month contracts, and it gives only a snapshot of the status of automatic payment transactions; it is not meant to be used as a sales report.

Settled Transactions Reports > Payment Processing  > Settled Transactions

This report lists all the credit card and ACH transactions that are approved and batched. The funds will soon be deposited into your bank account!

Note: Merchant account is required to view this report.

Autopay Summary Reports > Payment Processing  > Autopay Summary

The report is designed to be used as a tool for forecasting your business's budget, though it may be used for any variety of accounting and administrative purposes. The report displays a list of all autopays scheduled to run during the last two months and the next two months.

Note: Queued payments for month-to-month contracts will not show up on this report.

Pending Transactions Reports > Payment Processing  > Pending Transactions

This report displays and tracks ACH transactions that are in progress for approval from the issuing bank.

Note: Merchant account is required to view this report.

Voided/Rejected Transactions Reports > Payment Processing  >Voided/Rejected Transactions

This report is important to use for viewing any voided or declined transactions, whether they be credit cards or ACH that are set for Autopay or sold at the register.

Note: Merchant account is required to view this report.

Autopay Expirations Reports > Payment Processing  > Autopay Expirations

This report displays all autopay schedules that ended in the last two months, and those that will end in the next two months. It’s similar to the Pricing Option (Series) Expirations report, as they both track expiring pricing options. This report displays the dates on which the automatic transaction will actually run, whereas the Pricing Options Expirations report has more specific filtering capabilities, and displays the pricing options' activation and expiration dates. If your business sells recurring pricing options, then you'll find this report helpful as a client retention tool.

Note: Because month-to-month contracts do not expire, they will not show up on this report.

Autopay CC Expirations Reports > Payment Processing  > Autopay CC Expirations

This report shows all autopays scheduled with credit cards that have expired during the last month and those that will expire within the next month. This helps you remind your clients to update their credit card information before their autopays run and the card is declined. The report can be used in combination with the Contract/Autopay Credit Card Expiring auto-email and the Credit Card Expiration Client Alert to keep both your staff and clients aware of the impending expirations.

Clients Reports (Also, see Other client reports)

Name

Location

Description

Schedule at a Glance Reports  > Clients > Schedule at a Glance

This report shows every service scheduled at your business during a specific date range. You can filter by location, teacher, service category, status or scheduling method. This is one of the few places in the system where appointments, classes and enrollments (workshops) are displayed all in one place.

Mailers and Data Exports Reports > Clients > Mailers and Data Exports

This report enables you to generate and export client contact information directly from your site to mailing lists, email lists, and even mailing labels. If you select the Sales List filter on this report, it includes both contact information and contact log data, so the information is geared toward your sales team.

Account Balances Reports > Clients > Account Balances

You can use this report to generate a list of clients' positive and negative account balances. The report tracks each client's balance over four thirty-day periods (i.e., 0–29 days ago, 30–59 days ago, etc.), so you can see which clients are actively making payments and which clients need a little nudge. You can generate account statements directly from the report, which you can then email or mail to your clients to collect payment. Note: This report should not be used as a Sales report.

Big Spenders Reports > Clients > Big Spenders

This gives you a good idea of your most precious patrons by breaking down how much your top 10 or 100 spenders (you pick the number) have paid for services and products over a date range that you specify.

Membership Reports > Clients > Membership

This report explains how many individual clients are members, along with how many membership pricing options (series) are in your system. It uses logic to report on shared memberships and recognizes each shared membership as a single item associated with multiple members. In this way, the report helps you report separately on the status of your members and memberships.

MINDBODY® app Ratings & Reviews Reports > Clients > MINDBODY app Ratings & Reviews

View client feedback that was submitted through the MINDBODY app. Your clients can submit ratings and reviews for classes and appointments they book through MINDBODY app. This data gives you a customer’s view into your business, so you can find out what’s working well and what you and your staff can make even better.

Contact Logs Reports > Clients > Contact Logs

Our Contact Log feature allows you to keep running notes for each one of your clients. Each time you look up a client, you'll notice a link at the top of the account screen called "Contact Logs." Click it, and you can enter a time-stamped note in that client's account to document an event or to schedule a follow-up call. You can also categorize the contact log by contact log types, so you can easily remember whether the note is related to a sales matter, an injury, etc. These notes are internal only.

Entry Logs Reports > Clients > Entry Logs

The Entry Logs report lists every login by a staff member or client; it is useful for managing staff entry into your software, as well as maintaining a high level of security for your client information. It displays statistics including the number of consumer logins, staff logins, web bookings, and purchases for the date range you specify when you generate the report.

Cancellations Reports > Clients > Cancellations

This report lists every class, appointment, and enrollment (workshop) that has been cancelled by your staff or clients. The beauty of this report is that it doesn't just allow you to see what's been cancelled, it allows you to restore the booking if you didn't mean to cancel the service in the first place. Also, if you're wondering who was the culprit behind a cancellation, this report will tell you just who cancelled the booking.

First Visit Reports > Clients > First Visit

The First Visit report displays the first date each of your clients completed a scheduled service at your location, as well as the number of visits they've made since then. This data will help you understand which of your services are attracting new clients, and even which months most clients sign on to your business. This report features a variety of filters, similar to the Last Visit report, to help you pinpoint the details of your clients' first visits.

Unpaid Visits Reports > Clients > Unpaid Visits

This report compiles a list of your clients' unpaid Class services and provides direct links to reconcile each unpaid item. Find out which clients owe you for visits that they did not pay for. To view and run this report, the staff permission “Account Balances & Invoices” under the report's permissions must be enabled for you or your staff's login group to access.

Last Visit Reports > Clients > Last Visit

Find out when your clients' last visits were. This report displays information relevant to your clients' last visits, and can be used to gauge how rarely or how frequently clients return.  The Last Visit report compliments the Client Retention report, which indicates clients who return for services, and the No-Return report, which shows which clients have stopped coming in. To view and run this report, the staff permission “Marketing Reports” must be enabled for you or your staff's login group to access.

Attendance Analysis Reports > Clients > Attendance Analysis

This report allows you to analyze client attendance by service time, day of week, pricing option (series), visit type (appointment or class), teacher, client (in summary or detail), or by day and time. This will help you to have a better understanding of the largest contributors to your business's growth. Note: Arrival programs are not included when you run a report for all Programs (Service Categories). You can include arrivals when you filter for a specific service category, so sometimes the total number of clients is less when you run all services than when you run the report for a specific service category.

Pricing Option Expirations Reports > Clients > Pricing Option Expirations

To make sure that your clients renew their expiring pricing option in time, you can run the Pricing Options Expiration report and generate a list of clients with pricing options and memberships expiring within a specific date range. You can see results for all pricing options and memberships, or filter for limited and unlimited pricing options or membership pricing options. This report provides phone numbers for each client, making contact even easier.

New Members Reports > Clients > New Members

This report generates a list of the newest members to join your business, and can be adjusted to display results for clients that you've tagged or for specific locations.

Visit Remaining Reports > Clients > Visits Remaining

This report shows you the number of visits that remain on limited-visit pricing options (also known as count series) on your clients' accounts. It can help you figure out when to remind clients to buy another multiple class pass or a personal training package. This report does not include pricing options with unlimited visits (time series), since these pricing options expire based only on time limits, not on the number of visits remaining on them.

Security Verification Reports > Clients > Security Verification

This report allows you to examine the contact information that clients signing up online (for logins to your MINDBODY site) have supplied in order to verify that it matches the information saved to their accounts within your system. You must go to this page in order to “Verify” a client's identity and allow them to log in to their account with your business.

Attendance - No Revenue Reports > Clients > Attendance - No Revenue

This report breaks down your attendance by service category. It tells you which clients used which pricing options, and how many visits remain on those pricing options. You can even use it with the Payroll report to double check which teachers have been paid for which attendees. Note: If you think a staff member should be paid more than what's showing on the Teacher Payroll report, you can run this report for the same period and see if a certain pricing option is not set up to pay the staff.

Retention Reports > Clients > Retention

Attracting new clients is important, but retaining them is the key to a successful business. You can use this report to track new client retention in general, or pick a date range that overlaps a special promotion to see how well it worked. This report gives you data on retention rates for both new and repeat clients during the time period you select.

Client Indexes Reports > Clients > Client Indexes

If you've set up the Client Index feature, you can use this report to see how many of your clients belong to each client index and each index value. If, for example, you've set up a client index called "Goals" to track your clients' fitness goals, you might set up and assign indexes called "Weight loss," "Improved flexibility," and "Muscle building" to your clients. This report would let you track the popularity of each goal, so you could tailor your class offerings to match them.

Referral Sources Reports > Clients > Referral Sources

Use this report to track your best marketing strategies. If you assign Referral Types to prospects and new clients, then this report can help you analyze whether your radio advertisement, word of mouth, or your discount coupon online is more effective in acquiring new clients.

No Return Reports > Clients > No Return

The report tells you who has visited your business between the dates you specify, but hasn't been back since. Use it to find out which clients haven’t returned after purchasing a service, to re-attract clients that have stopped using your services, and to find out if a promotional pricing option (series) worked to convert prospects into regular clients.

Promotions Reports > Clients > Promotions

If you use the Promotions feature, you can use this report to track the success of your promotional campaigns. You have the ability to restrict results by location, by promotion, and for a list of tagged clients only. Also, you can access the report in summary view to conduct analysis across many promotions, or in detail view to gather specific sales information.

Retention Management Reports > Clients > Retention Management

This report was designed to work with a third party company called Retention Management. They specialize in helping businesses understand their attrition rates and how to improve client retention. This report specifically generates the data needed by Retention Management to consult with you. Please note that this report generates data for clients with memberships only. You must use membership statuses in order to use this report.

Clients Per Teacher Reports > Clients > Clients Per Teacher

Use the report to see how many visits your teachers have had during a specific time period. If you need to generate a contact list (including phone numbers and email addresses) of the clients seen by a specific teacher, just filter the report for that individual teacher and the clients' contact information will pop up. This report is also a great marketing tool, which allows you to follow up with clients that have just visited your business for a specific service.

No Shows Reports > Clients > No Shows

This report tells you how many times clients schedule a service but don't show up. It lists the number of no-shows per client, and you can sort the results alphabetically by client or by the number of no shows/late cancels each client has had. Use these results to follow up with clients that miss their scheduled visits, so you can get them back on track and visiting regularly.

Client Arrivals Reports > Clients > Client Arrivals

If you use Gym Sign-In (Arrivals) service categories, you can use this report to keep track of the volume of clients entering your business, and when they come in. This data will help you identify high and low traffic times, and help you set up pricing for your memberships.

Online Metrics Reports > Clients > Online Metrics

Find out what your clients are doing in your MINDBODY site. When you generate the report, a date column will display every single date on which clients were active in your MINDBODY site. To the right of the date column, you'll see each type of client activity listed with the number of times the activity occurred each day.

Referrers Reports > Clients > Referrers

Use this report to track client referrals generated by your existing clients and to view "Referred by"relationships. Run the report in conjunction with a promotion to reward your best referrers, or run it simply to determine which of your clients are bringing in the most business.

Event Payments Reports > Clients > Event Payments

Events" are another name for “Enrollments (workshops)." If you set up your enrollment to use a payment plan, this report tells you how much each client has paid and how much more paying they need to do before their balance for the enrollment (workshop) is paid off.

Locker Reports > Clients > Locker

If you track lockers on the client home screen using the Locker Management feature, then this report will help you manage your clients' locker assignments. It lists each locker number (in alphanumeric order) with the client name and the date it was assigned. Note: Locker numbers are stored in a field on each client's membership summary section on the Home screen. In order to view this summary and store locker information, you must enable the "Show Membership Summary in Client Home" option under the Client Management Section on the General Setup & Options screen.

Martial Arts Belt Promotion Reports > Clients > Martial Arts Belt Promotion

This report is used along with the Martial Arts Belt Tracking feature to allow you to track your students' belt promotion progress and access a list of those eligible to move to the next level. This report displays: the student's enrollment date, duration of training, current rank, the number of visits and days the student has maintained the current rank, the date of the student's last promotion, and—if the student is eligible for the next promotion—the date on which that promotion can take place.

Class Tests

Reports > Clients > Class Tests

This report displays test results for all clients that have taken a class test within your MINDBODY site. The report can filter for class tests related to specific service categories (programs) or class types. To view this report the feature “Use Class Testing” must be enabled under Class & Enrollment Options.

Location

Description

Payroll Reports > Staff > Payroll

This report displays the amount of money that your staff has earned based on the class and appointment rates that you've set up. This report will tell you when a teacher has been paid the Assistant/Per Class Rate, so you can see how much your regular teachers make when they assist in other classes. You can also view the Assistants report to see only the pay you owe to assistants.

Schedule at a Glance Reports > Staff > Schedule at a Glance

This report shows every service scheduled at your business during a specific date range. You can filter by location, teacher, service category, status or scheduling method. This is one of the few places in the system where appointments, classes and enrollments (workshops) are displayed all in one place.

Time Clock Reports > Staff > Time Clock

The Time Clock report allows you to see the hours worked for all of your staff members, their pay rates, and total time and money due. It displays the clock-in and clock-out times for your employees that use the time clock only.

MINDBODY app Ratings & Reviews Reports > Clients > MINDBODY app Ratings & Reviews View client feedback that was submitted through the MINDBODY app. Your clients can submit ratings and reviews for classes and appointments they book through MINDBODY app. This data gives you a customer’s view into your business, so you can find out what’s working well and what you and your staff can make even better.
Tips Reports > Staff > Tips

Tips appear on the Payroll and Cash Drawer reports only if you enable the "Tips Included in Cash Drawer & Payroll” option in the General Setup & Options screen. If your staff receives tips, it’s important to note that you can print tip slips (e.g., a paper receipt-looking slip that your clients can discretely write their tips upon) only for appointments. Currently classes and enrollments do not have a print tip slip option.

Commission

Reports > Staff > Commission

Once you set up your commissions, this report displays what commissions you need to pay your staff. It shows commissions only for products and pricing options sold through the Retail screen. You can run the report in summary view for all staff members, or in detail view for all staff or selected staff members.  Note: If you pay your teachers a percentage for the revenue generated by a class or enrollment, the percentage will not show in this report. This kind of commission appears on the Payroll report only.

Cancellations Reports > Staff > Cancellations

This report lists every appointment, class, or enrollment (workshop) that has been cancelled by your staff or clients. This report also allows you to restore the booking if you didn't mean to cancel the appointment or  enrollment, and see which member of your staff cancelled the booking.

Staff Schedule Reports > Staff > Staff Schedule

This report is handy when you need to print off a teacher or assistant's schedule. It shows the classes that each teacher is scheduled for in the near future.

Phone Book Reports > Staff > Phone Book

This report lists all of your staff members' names, phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses. It's a good idea to give your employees permission to view the report. That way, if they need someone to cover a shift, they can log in to get their co-workers' phone numbers without needing to call you.

Staff Performance Reports > Staff > Staff Performance

This report allows you to compare your employees' performance by showing you whose service offerings have attracted the most clients over a specified date range. The report also indicates how many unique clients make up the total attendance numbers, so you can see how many repeat clients each staff member has. If you run the report twice, for two different date ranges, you can compare performance over time.

Clients Per Teacher Reports > Staff > Clients Per Teacher

Use the report to see how many visits your teachers have had during a specific time period. If you need to generate a contact list (including phone numbers and email addresses) of the clients seen by a specific teacher, just filter the report for that individual teacher and the clients' contact information will pop up. This report is also a great marketing tool, which allows you to follow up with clients that have just visited your business for a specific service.

Appointment Metrics Reports > Staff > Appointment Metrics

This report is meant to help measure your staff's productivity, and zero in on how successful your service providers are at retaining clients. It compares the hours each instructor was actually booked against the total hours of availability they were scheduled for.

Pay Rates Reports > Staff > Pay Rates

This report displays the pay rates for every teacher that teaches classes and enrollments (workshops). It also shows the default pay rate set up for each teacher. It's a good place to see how much all of your teachers are getting paid.

Staff Activity Reports > Staff > Staff Activity

This report allows you to see which staff members accessed sensitive reports, the time that the sensitive reports were accessed, the report's name, the staff member's IP address, and a link that works just like the MY REPORTS links inside the Dashboard. Essentially, it's a tool to help you determine if a staff member has exported your clients' information.

Retail Sales Performance Reports > Staff > Retail Sales Performance

This report shows you just how well your staff upsells products during appointments. It displays the total number of clients who purchased products from each staff member, how many products each staff member sold per client, the total amount of product sales per staff member, the total service sales per staff member, each staff member's average service ticket size, and their average product ticket sizes.

Tasks Reports > Staff > Tasks

This report displays tasks assigned to employees by the status of their completion. The Tasks report is permission controlled, meaning that you must have permission to administer tasks in order to view the report.

Assistants Reports > Staff > Assistants

If you have the Assistants feature turned on, this report will help you track every staff member set up as an Assistant. You can use this report to see what classes the Assistants helped with, how much money you owe them, and the number of clients that they assisted. Note: The pay rates for staff members who work only as assistants will not appear on the Payroll report. This is the only report that lists their payroll.

Trainer Conversions Reports > Staff > Trainer Conversions

This report tracks employees that have converted clients that were using a promotional service into buying more services. This report lists the original session delivered by the staff member, as well as the sessions the client purchased later. It assumes that your staff members' services were so appreciated by clients that they came back and purchased more of their services.

Sales by Product Reports > Inventory > Sales by Product

This report will display sales information by each product sold. The report has cash drawer filters so that you can restrict the results to see what has sold at an individual cash drawer. The Sales by Product report also allows you to filter by the time of the day, so that you can tailor the report to match a certain staff member's shift.

Cost of Goods Sold Reports  > Inventory > Cost of Goods Sold

The report calculates the profits associated with your business's sales. The report generates this figure based upon unit costs and sales prices. Use the report to analyze which types of sales are driving the most profit for your business. The report's results are organized by product category.

Sales by Supplier Reports > Inventory > Sales by Supplier

View detailed sales information for your products, displayed by supplier. Lookup Client Report

Clients menu > Lookup Client

OR

Clients Tab > Tools > Lookup Client

You can use the Client Lookup screen to search for All Clients (Active and/or Inactive) and access their accounts in your MINDBODY site. To access your clients' contact information, use the Mailers & Data Exports report. You can also filter the report to look up clients by client relationship, gender, levels, client types and indexes, age, prospect status, and more.

Modify Tagged Clients

Toolbox > Data Maintenance > Modify Tagged Clients

OR

Home Tab > Management Tools  > Clients submenu > Modify Tagged Clients

This report is a nifty way to make changes in mass to client indexes and client types and post contact logs for large groups of clients at once. Basically, you'll first tag a specific group of clients (for example, every new client from January 1 until March 31). You could then use this report to add all of those clients into a custom client type. This feature is used to modify client indexes, client types, post contact, logs, move clients from one sales rep to another, and more.

Merge Duplicate Clients

Toolbox > Data Maintenance > Merge Duplicate Clients

OR

Home Tab > Management Tools  > Clients submenu > Merge Duplicate Clients

Over time, you may accidentally enter a client into your system twice, or you may find that a client has an consumer mode account with your business that hasn't been linked with their business mode account. This tool makes merging client accounts painless, so you can fix these issues quickly. Once you find two client accounts you want to merge, this tool takes the series, visit histories, and payment histories and accumulates it all into one account. It also merges contact logs, client types, client indexes, relationships, and billing information. The only thing that you need to decide is which account's contact information you want to keep; this information highlights in red, so you can identify it easily.

Locate Duplicate Clients

Toolbox  > Data Maintenance > Locate Duplicate Clients

OR

Home Tab > Management Tools > Clients submenu > Locate Duplicate Clients

Over time, clients will be entered twice into your system. This often happens when a client, for example David Fulton, is entered into your system with his formal first name, David Fulton, and then again with his informal first name, Dave Fulton. Problems arise when David Fulton comes in to use his pricing option (series) and the system has no record of it because it's on Dave Fulton's account. Problems also arise when the client accidentally creates a duplicate account from home. This report searches your client database to see which client names are likely to be duplicates. It works with the Merge Duplicate Clients tool to make tidying up your records a breeze.
