There are a few reasons this could happen:
- The transaction has already settled. If you cannot find the transaction under Approved Transactions, or the phrase “Unsettled Transaction” does not appear next to the payment method when you view the transaction on the client's Purchases screen, then this transaction has already settled and you must refund the transaction instead.
- The client pricing option that you are attempting to void is currently in use. You must cancel all services associated with the pricing option, or make them unpaid, before you can void a transaction related to a pricing option that is in use.
