Please contact Merchant Support at

  • If you receive billing and deposits from American Express directly, then you will need to contact them to close your account with them: 800-528-5200. 

When you contact us, please make sure to have the following information:

  • Client ID
  • Last 4 of SSN (for the owner listed on the merchant account)
  • Date of cancellation
  • Reason for cancellation

Please keep in mind that your MINDBODY site does not integrate with outside processors. That means that if you process merchant payments with a processor other than MINDBODY, you will not have the ability to process automatic monthly payments (autopays) through your software and the ability for your customers to make purchases through your online store.

Once your merchant account is cancelled, you will no longer have access to your Merchant Account Transaction reports. If this is something you need, then please contact Merchant Support at the email address listed above.
