How do I check if a refund went through?

Your refunds will appear in your Merchant Account Transactions reports. Once settled, you can find them under Payment Processing > Merchant Account Transactions > Settled Transactions.

You can also get to that specific refund by going to the client's Purchases page and clicking on the card type under the Payment Method column. If you are able to click, you will be taken directly to the refunded transaction in your Settled Transactions report.

It can take three to five business days for these funds to be released back into your client's bank account.

Note: if you refunded the same day the transaction occurred, it will result in a void.
