Direct Debit requirements for autopays (Paysafe UK)

There are a few things that you, as a business owner in the UK, need to do when processing direct debit autopays in your MINDBODY software.

When setting up a client's autopay on Direct Debit or taking banking details for any transaction, you will need to use the script attached below. Paysafe Payments has provided you with this script as well and can answer any questions you may have.

Confirmation letter - click to download

Once you have sent a mandate registration, you are required to send your customer a confirmation letter. This notification is currently not built into the MINDBODY system and an example notification (approved by Paysafe Payments) is provided below.

Advance notice - click to download

You are required to notify your clients via email one working day before the transaction is run in MINDBODY. This notification is currently not built into the MINDBODY system and an example notification (approved by Paysafe Payments) is provided below.
