If you are trying to install a receipt printer on your PC, and your system prompts you to log in as the administrator when you already are, then follow these steps to continue with the installation:
- Go to Devices and Printers in the Control Panel and click Add a Printer at the top of the window.
- Select Install Local Printer, and then select USB Port.
- When prompted to select the make of the printer, just click Have Disk and browse to the location where you've stored the unzipped driver files. Then select the driver folder.
- The system will find the .inf driver file for the printer. Click OK and then follow the prompts to complete the installation.
